Fortunately, there are several simple steps to fix this problem. First, remove the faucet's industrial tap handle. Next, unscrew the screw that's securing the stem and handle. Once this is done, turn the cartridge counterclockwise until it stops dripping. Once it's off, you can replace the cartridge and handle with the replacement parts.
